Using many techniques including trigger point therapy, myofascial release & deep tissue massage techniques I can help with many ailments, not just to relax muscle tension & pain but also other conditions such as head & neck pain, headaches, migraines, stress reduction, increase joint mobility, improve posture & help with general well being.
